Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return request, click the profile icon on our store's
menu header, then:

  1. Log in to your account: a. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue"; b. Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code; c. Go back to our store and enter the six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order you want to return.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select all items you request to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note as appropriate.
  5. Click "Request return".

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on any drinkware based on wrong size/ounce selection. Also, we cannot accept returns on any hats or other headwear based on wrong color selection.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected, and verified the condition of your return. Upon validation, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
